- 1-Year Warranty on Base, Castors, and Adjustment Mechanisms
This warranty is applicable only under normal and intended use. It does not cover damages resulting from accidents, natural disasters, impact, scratches, or normal wear and tear. Any intentional damage or misuse will void the warranty. The company shall not be held liable for damages to materials, including seating upholstery, arising from the following: Physical Damage: Scratches, pressure marks, dents, tears, abrasions, peeling, or rusting, Environmental & Biological Factors: Discoloration, fading, staining, mold, mildew, water damage, moisture, or infestations by termites and wood-boring insects, Maintenance & Chemical Exposure: Improper maintenance or exposure to harsh chemicals, Natural Characteristics: Variations or markings inherent to natural materials.
This warranty does not apply to: Clearance Sale items, Display Units (Showroom models), Items sold "As-Is" (As-per-condition).

Warranty Claim Procedure
- Please inspect your items upon delivery to ensure they match your order and are in good condition. Should you find any discrepancies or damages, please notify us immediately through the original channel of purchase.
- Please provide your purchase details to register for warranty coverage within 7 days of receipt. The Company reserves the right to void the warranty if the registration is not completed within the specified period or if no valid proof of purchase is provided. The warranty period commences from the date of delivery.
- Please complete your warranty registration through our official system or designated channels. This serves as vital proof of purchase and ensures your product is fully covered under our service commitment.
Our warranty specifically covers defects in manufacturing and materials only. The Company reserves the right to void the warranty if the damage is found to result from factors outside of normal usage, unrelated to the production process or material defects. Furthermore, this warranty shall be deemed void if the product has been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel not associated with the Company.
General Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Upon verification that the product meets our warranty criteria, the Company reserves the right to determine whether to provide replacement parts, perform repairs, or take other appropriate actions at its sole discretion. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. For modular or set products, the Company reserves the right to replace or repair only the specific defective part(s) and not the entire set.
- In the event of repair or replacement of parts, the original warranty period shall remain in effect from the initial delivery date. The warranty period will not be extended as a result of any repairs or replacements performed.
- The Company reserves the sole right to assess and determine whether a product meets the warranty terms and conditions. The Company’s decision shall be deemed final and binding.
Return and Refund Policy
Requests for Returns and/or Refunds: Buyers may submit a request for a return and/or refund within 7 business days from the date of complete delivery. Such requests are eligible only under the following specific circumstances:
- Non-receipt of product
- Defective items and/or goods damaged during transit. The product received does not match the agreed specifications (e.g., incorrect size, color, or model).
- The product delivered differs materially from the description provided by the Seller through a private agreement.
- Return Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition as of the date of delivery.
- Return Shipping and Transaction Fees: For products inspected and accepted upon delivery, the Buyer shall be responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable credit card transaction fees associated with the refund.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once the Seller has received the returned product in its original condition. The refund will be credited back to the Buyer’s original credit/debit card or a designated bank account, as deemed appropriate.
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper application, or incorrect operation and maintenance. This exclusion also applies to any damage caused by unauthorized modifications, adjustments, or alterations that deviate from the product's original standard design.
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, and/or any natural disasters occurring after the completion of product installation.
- Damage resulting from rust, termites, or mold growth caused by high humidity within the premises or the surrounding environmental conditions of the living space.
- This warranty does not cover changes in synthetic materials (e.g., plastics) that undergo natural alterations in texture or color over time. Such changes are considered inherent characteristics of the material and/or results of normal usage and environmental exposure.
- Changes in materials resulting from environmental conditions, such as high humidity or temperature fluctuations within the premises, which may cause alterations in physical state or color.
- Changes resulting from exposure to outdoor environments or external conditions.
- In the event of damage where identical materials or parts are unavailable during the repair period, the Company reserves the right to provide substitute materials or components of equivalent quality and standards.
Please note:
- The Company reserves the right to provide product warranty services exclusively within Thailand.
- The warranty does not include service fees for repairs,shipping, relocation, or travel expenses for on-site services (where applicable).
